At our stand: Fluorowatcher
Fluorowatcher is a compact fluorescent imager for microarrays. By default it operates on two channels (Cy3/Cy5); optional channel sets are available. It works with 96-well plates, 12×8 well strips and microscope slides (via adapter).
- AI Array Finder: automatic microarray grid detection and alignment
- Spot intensity (total, mean, median) with background correction
- Qualitative and quantitative assays, including 4/5PL calibration curves
- Export of results to PDF, CSV and Excel
- Fits into an airline carry-on bag and can be powered by a 20 V lithium-ion battery for field use
